Spruce Cafe Patisserie

My first time here was a positive experience! I asked for a recommendation and was not disappointed with my drink. I waited a short while, but I don’t mind waiting if that means my food will be prepared with care, and it was. Sandwich was very good. My only anecdote is that the music inside was very loud so if you want to work, you would probably want to sit outside, which some patrons were. I was also a little bit concerned about the fly situation inside, and the pastries are relatively uncovered. Luckily, I wasn’t there for pastries.

Good pastries. Slow service. No sense of urgency. Waited 15 mins for pastries to be heated up. Do not come here if you're on a short work break. Rude employees and cob webs above the pastries. You can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. Won't be coming back. I suggest Raymond's down the street.

It's hard to find another space this beautiful in and near SF. Always seating, inside and out. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and outputs always perfection!!!!

It’s just basic. I got a flat white and asked ‘guys what are u famous for?’ and she said the danish cheese bun. Soooo basic! And I have been waiting for my coffee for 15 minutes ?

Spruce Cafe is nice little spot. The atmosphere here is great for relaxing; I loved the background music they had playing. The service is friendly and helpful; I must say service is top-notch. The drinks are super good, and the pastries are delicious. I'll certainly be coming back.
