Amazing Tri Tip and the best baked potato we have ever had!

Was looking forward to trying this at the PB Farmers Market today but was completely disappointed underwhelming at best. My husband is a bbq addict and so I said wait til this afternoon and we can go try this place. The brisket is like it was made days ago and sliced up and warmed today for serving. So dry and the color is unbelievable like a weird gray and it was cut with the grain so it's incredibly tough. The macaroni and cheese was overcooked and very watery odd. The beans not sure if these claim to be homemade but the sides were edible unlike the meat. The bbq sauce has a weird overpowering liquid smoke flavor. A bun on the side $1 and it's a generic hamburger bun which would be fine if the sauce was good. I'm sad. Sad that people think this is good bbq. Sad that this restaurant put out this quality of food. Sad that we spent $25 for this compared to other options there but we are watching money so hope that this can serve as valuable feedback to the business and also buyer beware to those debating trying this product.

Brisket was juicy and well flavored and coleslaw was great too. I was very satisfied with the whole meal, will definitely be back.
