ZERO reviews! for the new Nana's McDonough location, joined the wait list around 9:45 came to the restaurant and waited only to be told at 12:20 they are not accepting online waitlist because the system is down. Spoke to staff and management they are were not symphatic to me as a customer nor did they care! The restaurant was overflowing with people. No control, the staff is short and appolgizes are Very shallow. To Nana's management...slow down with your opening, value customers, show empathy especially when the issue (internet is yours, always act and present the best overall impression of Nana's. After voicing my disappointment, I was offer an additional hour wait as a means to fix the situation. This was insulating! (What are you crazy!! . Needless to say after waiting an additional 30 minutes, I never received service went, I went to IHOP which does not compare to the food quality nor taste.*Remember you exist because of customers like me!

Amazing food. I had the banana foster waffle which did not need any syrup and the chicken wings were well seasoned and fried to perfection.

Doesn't look like much when you walk past, but this restaurant is much like a book. You have to go inside so you can experience it. ;)The beignets are to die for! The reason I only give it four stars is because it's such a crowded location and difficult to be in and out. They do have a valet who you can leave your car with so you don't have to try and fit into the tiny parking lot. The customer service is amazing and the food is amazing as well. I would definitely recommend this establishment!
