Bird-n-bun - S San Diego

I'm not sure why others had not the best experience trying their sandwiches, but we just tried their Original Bird Fried Chicken Sandwich, and it was SO good. The photo I took will not do it justice! I should have opened it up to show everything.To me, all the textures and flavors went so well. The chicken was crispy on the outside, but so tender and juicy on the inside. The sauce was well balanced, and the pickle always great. The bun was nice and soft.Dare I say the best chicken sandwich for me is here! The fact that you can pre order ahead of time, and drive on over and enjoy it outside in the San Diego Sun :

I ordered the original and was surprised it was so good. The batter is full of spices, and the fries are thick, salty, and crunchy. The ranch is store bought, though.

Everything is ordered via screen/tablet and picked up through a locker. No human interaction. THE FUTURE IS NOW!! Food was fresh and hot and overpriced ngl no balls.

Sorry the taste smell and overall quality is not there for me taste like old fryer oil and always over cooked and or burnt tasteless and that bird sauce not the business

I don't know if this is healthy food but the chicken was moist and I ordered it at 10 pm, plus it was the only think open. The chicken is a 10 but maybe the waffle and biscuits are just ok, like 7. But dipped in ranch they were great too. Take a chance !
