The rooms and all facilities are great. The only 2 things I think need improvement are: 1) the pool: way too small for so many guests. With such a large space, a bigger pool should fit to keep the guests comfortable. I was trying to swim with my wife and the kids were jumping all over us. There should also be a dedicated section of the pool for the kids. I also suggest having umbrellas. 2) the food: the prices and food quality are not that bad, the only problem I have is the service fee of 20% that is added to the bill! They mention at the bottom of the receipt that this fee does NOT go to the waiters and only goes to the administration. So therefore you would have to tip an extra 20% for the waiters. If just once, it 's not bad. But with every meal and every buffet, that 's a lot of money.

The hotel is on the older side, so you won 't get fancy LED lights and glass shower doors, but everything was clean and quiet. The layout is sprawling but the signage helps get you to your room quickly. Not a huge fan of the premium WiFi upgrade but the free version work perfectly for emails and Google Maps.

It is a very large facility and has several very nice amenities. However, it is aging and our room was dated and in need of a freshening up. They are working on things which was encouraging to see. There are several nice restaurants and staff was all extremely friendly and helpful. So long as they keep updating, the facility is a worthwhile place to consider. They are adequately set up for hosting large groups and conferences.

Great location, great price and value. Love walking along the golf course. Although the rooms were always clean and the staff is welcoming and attentive, the property needs updating. This is our go to hotel when we travel with our dogs. Pet friendly rooms have sliding doors that make it easy to walk the dogs without the need to go through the hallways. I recommend this hotel.

Very nice conference space close to the city. Many companies were having meetings there at the same time and I can understand why. Food was very good (though not top tier) and the meeting logistics were handled extremely well. My only complaint is the temperature control. Both the meeting room and my guest room were freezing cold. I had the thermostat set to 80 but to no avail. Otherwise had a comfortable sleep; the king size bed was firm, the lighting was well thought out, and it was very spacious.
