Every time I was in Down Home Restaurant was a good experience and the food is great.

We have eaten many times at Down Home Rest. Everything we ate was great and the service is excellent. ! Home is what the name says, you feel like you're home with the family. PS: The cakes are wonderful!

This small restaurant has the best food with true southern hospitality. Staff and customers are friendly and conversation about the local community as welcome. You've got to try their meatloaf and awesome cornbread. It's out of this world

$35 for a catfish meal and a cube steak and gravy and the only thing edible was the mashed potatoes the okra was hard the cornbread was a brick the fish wasn’t cooked it wasn’t what I expected to say the least.
