Ground Round - Rutland

I stopped in to get some wings to go. Very friendly bartender took my order she suggests I buy by the pound (more wings less cost) had a free root beer. Had the order in 31min. Wife was happy not having to cook wings were great good flavor very meaty. Will definitely do this again.

I worked for Ponderosa for 22 years. The ground round is a new adventure for everyone who does not judge only a bad experience. It is new that we all try to get our best to get all the kinks and work our hardest to make all u happy, not all restaurants are perfect. I sat here and read many bad reviews about apples. There. I worked with apples for three years. Not every place is perfect, but what I know about the floor. We are proud of our customers. There are not only our customers our family. Tommy John Tammy and Mikey do it best. To give you the best and we have a great staff. We only opened two weeks. We still learn. No one learns to drive a bike in a day..our food is amazing. And our employees and management are great. We are here to make you feel like family and give you the best we can. No one is perfect to remember that we opened 2 weeks ago, not everything will be perfect. Give us a chance.

I'm gluten free and they have a separate GF menu. I eat there frequently and partially enjoy their burgers, ribs, fun atmosphere, specials, free popcorn and watching sports on there 8 large screen TV's. Always a fun night out, even when you are alone, I always meet interesting and fun people at the bar.

Relaxing atmosphere, super friendly Bartender Tammy. Ample choices of everything in the menu. We tried the Nachos appetizer and it was really good. The plate is big, perfect for sharing. Awesome Burgers.Only thing (and is not that important) is the appetizers took a while to be served, and the entrees came like 10 minutes later. The rest was perfect for a first visit. Give it a try!

Great food, friendly staff, pleasant environment. I strongly recommend it. By far the best restaurant in Rutland.
