Chick-fil-a Ruston

Very good service. A bit slower to get our meals than what I would expect from a Chick fil A (at non-peak hours)... I think we caught them in shifts. Clean bathroom. Very nice, respectful staff. Used again if by Ruston, LA.

We go very often here and the service is always excellent. The food is also great!! You have an order once from the hundredfold of me was and were quick to fix and not even question whether we were right or not.

The staff was super friendly. The bathroom was very clean and does not smell. I really appreciate that the automatic sink warm/hot water for you to wash your hands. Also love that they have the automatic door garbage containers so that you do not have to touch or press into the flap to get your garbage away.

Hands down the best place to eat. its hard to find any other restrained that hold a candle next to chick-fil-a. Food better, service is better, its healthier, it fresher and the list continues. 2 thumbs up

Actually, I love my West Monroe shop on glenwood dr his absolute best. it is a police man who is there in ruston. note that it was not my normal load, I was insecure as they were driving her. And went into another track. an initial talk with me the Chick-fil-A coworker immediately (1st) did not tell me to change lanes that it was uncertain: mind you not a single person was near me, nor what I was familiar with this place. secondly, I can assure them that it is not wise to tell their new and unknown customers. Thirdly, as an adult who drives my personal vehicle for a living, I don't need a young person who tells me anything let alone about saftey! I expect an extremely friendly and polite greeting that I did not receive, and when I came into the window, three employees talked to each other and after 2 cars behind me and one front had received orders,THEN asked my name only after. and only others who spoke to me, they told me that I should lift my vehicle so that they can get all the food. at least I am very disappointed by the ruston Chick-fil-A all that being said. I will not go back there! if you want a top notch restaurant glenwood drive west monroe Chick-fil-A where everyone is always polite, polite, friendly and always make them smile my day with the joyful smiles! as well as appreciate my business and respect her customers! I'm sorry for the low rating ruston but it's what it is!
