From across the counter, the first employee said the charge was correct, but I knew it wasn’t. I felt a mix of emotions at that moment, unsure of what to do. Should I have just walked out after they made the sandwich? I completed the transaction and received the receipt, which indicated I had ordered a cold cut with added pepperoni, but it mistakenly labeled my sandwich as a “Pro,” the new name for double meat subs. I pointed this out to the cashier, but she was dismissive and didn’t even bother to check the receipt. It felt as though I was being treated as the problem when it was simply an error. It would have been easy to correct the charge before I paid, but neither of the female employees made any effort to address it after I mentioned the discrepancy. The cashier kept being snappy with me, and eventually, I gave up trying to resolve the issue as the line behind me continued to grow. Once the charge clears on my Discover card, I’ll need to file a chargeback. I always order the same thing with a lot of toppings, which I know can be a hassle for them, but while no one has ever said anything rude, I can’t help but wonder if the overcharge was a genuine mistake. (Note: I apologize for not knowing anyone's name.)
This restaurant has been quite inconsistent. I just picked up an order and initially realized they forgot a drink. When I got home, I discovered that my footlong sandwich was actually a six-inch and it was the wrong item entirely. I tried calling back, but their phone was off the hook. This situation is quite messy. I used to be a regular customer, but these issues happen more often than not.
As always, it was great! I've been opting for the tuna lately since I'm trying to eat healthier.
Most Subway stores are excellent. You order what you want, the way you want it. The ingredients are fresh and tasty. The stores are clean. You know what to expect. The servers are friendly and willing to give you exactly what you ask for. This Subway wasjust Great. Everything was perfect. We got the sandwiches to take on a ten hour plane trip. They were packaged just as we hadasked. Thank you .
Not the best Subway in the area . The lady making the subs was friendly. The guy that was with her didn't seem to want to do anything except play on his phone an ignore the line of people that was piling up. Edit this subway is the worst in the areanow. We will not return they discontinue of healthy options we will go to Jersey Mike's from now on.
