Sonic Drive-in - Russellville

Jess was a pleasant surprise this morning. She took our complicated order quickly and accurately. Thank you, Russellville. This was our first time here and we absolutely loved it.

This Sonic location in Pope County is probably the best one around. The service is speedy and the staff is friendly. I usually frequent this spot because it is close to where I live in Dover. However, I recently stopped by the one on West Main and was disappointed by the rude behavior of the young man who took my order. There was an older gentleman a couple of stalls down who seemed to have trouble hearing, and the young man yelled at him in a way that was alarming. It was inappropriate and made me feel uncomfortable. Additionally, their milkshake machine was out of order, but they still offered other types of icy drinks as alternatives.

I love using the app to have our items ready and avoid waiting when we arrive. The slushes are absolutely delicious.

That is the most terrible sound! order is in the rule, if not always wrong, if they get something with cheese it will not melt! find another location! they drive as far as they have to!
