I tried several different kinds, including beef tongue, chorizo, and barbacoa. They were all tasty, except for the tongue, which I found to be diced instead of shredded, as I typically prefer. I also ordered the shrimp diablo, which was incredibly spicy but had an amazing flavor. I finished the entire dish, even though it made me cry and sweat! Additionally, the menu featured a nice mix of familiar Latin dishes along with several Salvadoran options I had never encountered before. I would definitely go back.
Feels like you're going to a family member for dinner. Cosy, warm and welcoming. AUTHENTIC El Salvadoreña Essen. The Pupusa are delicious and have sopes! It's hard to find a place that makes good sopes. The drinks are also delicious. Horchata, Tamarindo and pineapple juice we have. La Sopa de Res is also very good after my wife. And my daughter loved the traditional El Salvador breakfast. Oh, and they do HANDMADE Tortillas! Full and happy customer. We're coming back!
I stumbled upon this hidden gem of a restaurant, and I must say the food is outstanding. I tried the chicken quesadilla, and it was fantastic. The place is a bit small and parking is limited, but the quality of the food more than makes up for it. I can’t wait to return!
I dined at this restaurant last week for the first time and decided to sample a few different dishes. The highlight for me was definitely the pastor tacos; they were outstanding! I will certainly return just for those. The prices are very reasonable too. I left feeling incredibly full, and my total bill was just a little over $7.
Great food, good service, cheap prices.
