Przekaż informację zwrotnąAs I approached the drive-thru, I noticed a handwritten sign indicating that they were unable to serve baskets at that time. I proceeded to order a 2-piece kids' chicken tender meal, but Kara informed me that I couldn't order that meal. When I asked her why, she rudely explained that her boss had instructed them not to sell chicken strip baskets because they had no baskets to place them in. I clarified that a kids' meal doesn’t come in a basket—it uses fry boxes that fit in the kids' bag—but she insisted that I could not order it. Instead, she suggested I order a chicken strip sandwich with regular fries on the side, which left me confused. I asked how that made sense if they had fry boxes for the regular fries but couldn’t prepare the kids' meal, as that was the container they come in. She continued to talk down to me and maintained an awful tone, so I decided to leave. As I was pulling away, I noticed a man laughing out of the back door and another man approaching from the parking lot. I rolled down my window and inquired if there was a manager I could speak with. He confirmed he was the general manager and asked how he could assist me. I explained my situation and mentioned that I am a local who often dines at that restaurant, given the limited options available by the lake. To my dismay, he was even ruder than Kara. He insisted he was following corporate rules and that his business could be at risk if he sold me a kids' meal. The sign only mentioned the 4 and 6-piece baskets, yet they had the tenders, fry boxes, and everything else needed for a kids' meal. After he bluntly refused to help me multiple times, I attempted to explain the importance of good customer service, but he showed no interest in that conversation, stating he had never broken a rule in his life. I felt sad and hurt; the world is already chaotic, and people can be so unkind. It frustrates me to have such experiences in my own community. I consider myself a kind person, and to be treated this way at a local restaurant is unacceptable. This is not the first time I’ve been treated poorly, but it will be the last. My family and I will not be returning. Additionally, the food is consistently subpar, never fresh, and the Blizzards are often not mixed thoroughly.
I recommend looking elsewhere. I was the only customer in the drive-thru and ended up waiting 20 minutes without anyone coming to the window, despite having paid. I reported the charge as fraudulent. This experience was really strange.

Make sure to double-check your orders before leaving. I spent over $50 and received only half of what I ordered. Food: 3/5, Service: 1/5, Atmosphere: 3/5.
Don't bother ordering hot food here. Usually don't have someone who can run the grill. And don't even think about ordering a blizzard that's medium or large. Only top inch or two is actually a blizzard rest is plain ice cream. Near everytime, only reason we stop by here anymore is for kids and even then they only get plain twist cones.
