Kroger - Russell Springs

They ate missing raw meal I like to get, they never seem to have my brand

Can't get your medicine, app doesn't work, phone stays busy, you go in and they are looking at the computer and have the nerve to ask what prescription I need, what is Rx number? If you we're organized you would automatically be filling them and calling customer to remind them they have medicine to pickup. Check on them.

A very nice Kroger store and I must say all the employees here are extremely helpful. There is a winter storm going on at this location so of course it is total chaos but for the most part all of the employees seem to be handling it well. There were a few clerks who seemed very unhappy to be at work today but I can understand that. Glad this place is here for us of Russell County.

Normally well filled and clean. However, more often than not I end up packing my own food and that is in the regular after waiting in the check-out line. So if I don't have a large amount of objects, I just use the self-check. that's not difficult because I was a cashier myself.

I have waited 4 days to get my prescriptions filled and each day you had to wait in line over 30 minutes to even be waited on!I will not recommend Kroger pharmacy to anyone!!!
