Huddle House - Russell Springs

Lousy I had to send back my touch, and this is about 6 times and the cook must think that after 65 years of ordering my egg extra well made that I could not say if my eggs are not cooked yet after they are sent back that they just let them set but a few times they have turned around but most of the paints they have not even try so that someone has to train the cook better

These people never answer the phone, they are never open during the advertised hours when they wait their food in them 20 minutes to cook (with not one other customer there), eating is mediocre when they get them to cook it. I would just assume that they close this, all they do is ruin business for the huddle house brand.

Eventually, we did get our order taken by her, but after 35 minutes had passed with other tables being served before us, we were still waiting for our food without any updates. We were just passing through this town, but after this experience, we won't be returning. There seems to be a significant management issue, as proper oversight of the staff is clearly lacking. Though the restaurant is small and there were plenty of servers available, the service was not up to par. Having worked in food service myself years ago, I could easily manage the entire place and still provide excellent service. Ultimately, we decided to leave after 45-50 minutes without any update on our order. It's clear that new management is needed to address these problems.
