Russell Island RSL

Good value meal and roast of the day for only $15 and very large portion size. Drinks well priced for an island. Friendly staff. would return if ever on russell island

The meals were amazing for a small bistro they can certainly cook up a great steak, salmon, and Parmy! The Kareoke was fun too!

We had booked a pick-up at 7:30pm with the courtesy bus, but did not have a reservation for dinner. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the kitchen was already closed. However, the staff and a kind patron (who runs a local real estate office) went out of their way to help us when they found out we hadn't eaten. They arranged for a delicious pizza to be delivered to us from the Pizza and Kebab Express, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We had planned to return the next night, but the restaurant was closed due to a COVID case on the island. We are looking forward to visiting the island again at the end of October and will definitely be back then.

The counter staff were too young to take orders, they messed ours up, the steak was thin and tough, and th esaladI could have made better

Over priced beers and tiny awful meals never again! So many better places on russell or other islands
