Tuktuk Bangkok Thai - Russell

The Thai chef lady welcomed our patronage. However, the food need some improvements as they lack the thai taste that I have been getting from other restaurants. The manager however was quite rude and chased customers who apparently chose to takeaway but were eating al fresco during my visit. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

Came here a month ago and has left a lasting impression. And not a good one. This has to be the worst dining experience I’ve ever had and I’ve traveled the world and been to some sketch places. Food was terrible can’t describe how bad it was and the service was out of this world rude. Felt like a burden to have us there. If this place was in any other place with competition it would be long since shut. Would recommend finding a local lawn and eating the grass there before walking in here.

The bar tender was rude and arrogant. When we wanted to order nothing was available except his recommendation.

Good food but the owner is a grumpy guy who doesn't make you feel welcome at all. If u are looking for a smooth experience, avoid this place

Last time I was here the food was actually quite good. Naturally the prices are quite high being Russell. The manager who doubled as our waiter was wearing an old jersey (Bain style) and seemed upset that we had decided to patron his restaurant. As if paying customers are his enemy?? Go figure. After revisiting Russell several times and speaking to locals, it seems like an open secret that this restaurant gives Russell a bad impression.
