Tim Hortons - Russell

I often go to Tims for a coffee and chilli. I must say their chilli has improved. Prior it seemed lacking ingredients. Now it is much thicker. Coffee always hot and prepared as ordered. Staff courteous and friendly.Parking: Handi cap parking spots clearly marked.Signs visible when leaving drive through to watch for pedestrians. Great ideaWheelchair accessibility: Slanted side walk and push buttons to open doors. Plenty of space at counter and wheelchair accessible washroom

Tim Hortons states on there menus they sell grilled cheese. But don’t offer it. False advertisement. Is someone going to take legal action. Also. Bathroom is closed legally you need a washroom in a public restaurant. This place is a law suit best friend. The fact Tim’s sells pizza is also gross. Who wants to go to tim Hortons for a pizza.

What was going on today? I waited 15 minutes to order, and there was only one person in front of us. I ordered a mocha — it tasted awful, like water. Apple fritter was half the usual size. Also, the manager was freaking out about wraps and yelling at all the teenage staff?? Will not return to this location.

No plain croissant this morning...there is always something wrong with this restaurant.January 2024Racks empty as usual?

Great place for Russell’ers to get their Tim’s fix (especially during the many power outages that North Russell receives). Unlike many other Tim’s locations, they are responsive to orders on the app, so that my orders are ready for pick up when I arrive. Other locations and Corporate itself needs to learn lessons from them.
