Dairy Queen Restaurant - Russell

We took our grandchildren out for ice cream and they had a great time. The prices for blizzards, ice cones, etc. were reasonable, but we only go for a special treat. We arrived around 7pm and it was very busy. The staff was friendly and did their best to get orders out quickly. There was a long line that lasted 20 minutes to place an order and another 10 to receive it. If you have young children with you, it's best to find a table to keep them settled before ordering. With warm weather approaching, be prepared for longer wait times and always be friendly to the hardworking staff.

Dq is a hidden gem compared to bigger fast food chains. They offer a variety of items like burgers and fries, but their standout is their excellent ice cream. The blizzards are delicious, the mixed treats are tasty, and their cakes never disappoint. Customers are always left satisfied after visiting here.

Went here and tried out the hot eats. Had a burger and fries. Food was fresh and top notch. Went on 2 occasions. 1st time the girl was training and service was slow, but she did great! Second time. The staff member went above and...beyond to make every customer smile. I feel bad I didn't get her name as she deserves to be commended for her great service.

Bought a peanut buster parfay and small caramel sun bench costs 10.92 they must run out of erdnuss, since the parfay was covered with salt, this is after waiting on the trip about 15 min. I brought it back into the load and said they were out of ground, but they would make me another time out of chocolate that they had the tip of the container and try to get the chocolate from the pickup. counter looked as if a bomb had run off when I first went into the load when we always went through, but it will be the last time after I had seen the production at the end I asked for a refund and got $6.20 not think that this was right for a production if it were my business I was ashamed of good work there the only game in the city
