Harborside Suites At Little Harbor

This place has enormous potential if they would just invest in upgrading the building and its surroundings. The views of the marina and the private beach are absolutely breathtaking. The pool and lounge area are perfect for enjoying a drink or soaking up the sun. However, our room was in dire need of attention. We encountered stained sheets and comforters, a broken coffee maker, and dirty fixtures and carpets. The beds were quite uncomfortable and lacked sufficient bedding. Additionally, be prepared for a 45-minute drive to the nearby beaches. On a positive note, the front desk staff were professional and very helpful. With a little investment back into the property, I could easily see my rating improve.

The condo we're staying in is bright, clean, and has been updated relatively recently, offering a beautiful view of the bay. It’s just a short walk to a private beach. The property features two pools and a couple of bar and grill establishments. However, the security measures on the grounds feel a bit excessive. There are numerous locked doors and gates, making it necessary to have a key card to access them. This seems a bit over the top. Overall, I’d give it a solid B; it deserves 4 stars.

The rooms are very clean and lovely. Every water view is breathtaking. The food at the Sunset Grill is excellent as well.

The carpet needs to be replaced, the bed is terrible, the furniture needs to be cleaned. Also I could tell the ceiling fans haven't been cleaned in a while, some of the shower tile had mole, and the balcony is tiny. The top of shower door has never been cleaned because when it was wiped with disinfecting wipe, the wipe was black with dirt. There should a handicap bar in the bathroom close to the toilet. The staff were friendly and the location is nice.

Great place to stay. 45 minutes from most places in the area though. Room was nicely laid out. The only reason I have it 4 stars was because the beds were horrible! We actually went and bought air mattresses for the week.
