Passionate Chef - Rushcliffe

I absolutely adored this hidden gem! Snowy is an amazing chef, and I appreciated her passion and the time she took to explain the different dishes to us. We started with the delicious vegan spring rolls, followed by a vegan curry with tofu, mock duck, and a touch of sweetness, as well as stir-fried vegetables with tofu. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return!

We had a lovely evening at Auszeit, a restaurant run by a passionate chef. My daughter, who has celiac disease, had a good selection of gluten-free dishes to choose from.

We recently visited Passionate Cook after hearing that they do not use MSG and offer a variety of vegan options. It took us some time to decide from their extensive menu, but the wait was worth it. The food is made fresh, so there was a slight wait, but it was no issue. The dishes were fantastic; fresh, crispy, flavorful, and well-presented. The portions were also very generous. We especially enjoyed the tofu dishes and the mock cheese was delicious. We will definitely be returning for another visit.
