Grape pie was very disappointing. The cinnamon overpowered the taste of everything. And the grape filling was like a thick gel (possibly too much cornstarch or something? You would never know it was a grape pie! Customer service is always good though
The grape pies sold at the Naples Grape Festival by Colby’s was the worst filling AND crust I’ve ever had — hands down. I highly suggest throwing away the recipe and starting over. Similarly, the pulled pork was very dry and the barbecue sauce barely helped the sandwiches become edible. Overall wasted $90 plus embarrassment from the people I gifted the pies to. Never again!
The desserts are good, the service is decent, and the atmosphere is pleasant, though not particularly exceptional. However, the ice cream is quite pricey compared to other local non-chain places of similar quality. Overall, it's not bad—just a fairly average, nice spot.
This is a fantastic spot to visit every fall for delicious donuts and pie!
