Subway - Runcorn

The subway was cold, should be roasted, but do not heat the meat at all. also a part of the brotes missing when I took up the subway, the filling fell out service: eating type: dinner price per person: $1–20

Have ordered online with subway runcorn about 4 times last 2 weeks. each time met with the service with a smile. they come over 2 young women and 1 male worker all 3 were friendly and let me welcome and they all got the orders too. thx youngs service: take her meal type: dinner price per person: $1–20

Been to this shop twice in recent months and both times have been bad for different reasons. First time, the bread I was given was really shrunken and pretty much rock hard, so clearly had been sitting around all day, NOT freshly made. The younger guy who served me just seemed like he really didn't want to be there and was not welcoming at all. Second time, I noticed there was a big crowd waiting inside and stupidly decided to still go in. There was a middle-aged woman who seemed to be on her first day, just took a REALLY long time to make the sub and was easily distracted, while a different younger guy was just running around all over the place doing bits here and there. When the older woman leaned forward to grab some ingredient in one of the front tubs, I saw her stomach (covered by shirt) which was fairly large/saggy bump into my sub.. maybe they should introduce a clean apron policy..

I was there last Saturday night at about 7pm. The young lady there was very rude. Felt like I was being an inconvenience in trying to select my ingredients. She over toasted one of my orders. When she suddenly realised. She swore and took my bread out. Her other workmate looked at her in disbelief. He was more friendlier than her. She needs more training in customer service! If you don't like your job then go elsewhere.
