The night crew is doing a great job! Fast service, never confused my orders! Very friendly with children and generally very nice girls! I love my Rumford Dunkin

I have never had any issues with the staff at this restaurant, they are generally nice. However, I do have a problem with what I believe to be pure laziness. I always order decaf because I am very sensitive to caffeine, but I love the taste of coffee! Yesterday, around 3:30 pm, I ordered a coffee that was labeled "decaf" but it was not. Within 30 minutes, I experienced a full-blown panic attack, shaking, and dizziness - all symptoms of caffeine that I cannot personally tolerate. I think that the staff may not have had any decaf coffee available or brewed at the time due to the time of day, which they should have communicated to me. This ruined my evening and I was unable to take my son trick-or-treating because I was overwhelmed with anxiety from the caffeine. So please, if someone orders decaf, make sure it is actually decaf!

As I walked up to the counter to place my order at Dunkin Donuts, I noticed a female employee with a large piece of rolled-up paper hanging out of one of her nostrils. She continued to handle food for several minutes in plain view, which was not only disgusting but also likely a violation of safety regulations. Yuck!

I was disappointed with the service at this restaurant as my drink was filled mostly with ice and it took a long time for them to complete any tasks.
