The atmosphere at this restaurant was wonderful and the staff were friendly and informative. I have never been disappointed here. Last night, we celebrated a birthday with a group of 10 and the staff, particularly the ginger floppy haired guy with glasses, were attentive and ensured we got the best value for our money. We had a voucher that entitled us to free cocktails for the birthday celebration, as well as a 2 for 1 cocktail offer on select drinks. The waiter patiently explained everything multiple times, despite the confusion. I ordered the BBQ Joe hot dog for dinner and it was delicious.

The server was very friendly, but unfortunately the food was a letdown. It seemed like the food had been sitting in the kitchen for too long before being served. The nachos had melted cheese but were cold, and the burger, although it looked promising and great, was dry. There is definitely room for improvement. However, the ribs were good. I would recommend trying the apple crunch waffle pudding, which was very delicious. It was complimentary due to the issue with the burger.

The service from Fin was good, as he was polite. However, the experience was ultimately ruined by the cold rack of ribs that came out, requiring an additional 30-minute wait due to slow service.

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was fast and friendly. I especially loved the loaded potato skins.
