Burger King - Ruckersville

The drive-thru line was lengthy, but the food was delicious and the service was friendly.

The food is A1 but the line is pretty slow!! I never had a bad meal from them though. I recommend it and if you catch them without too many cars in line it goes fast enough. Be aware that due to covid the lobby isn't open which likely is causing the majority of the delays!!

Well the food is served fast through drive-thru, but its a 50-50 on the staff being friendly or not. The sweet tea is also lacking on the term sweet.

Drive thru was quick even though a long line and food was hot and good. I am glad they opened a bk up in ruckersville it has given us mpre food options!

Traditionally I have had no major issues with this Burger King location. The wait is a little long but that?s common with almost all BKs. Food is okay. Sometimes hot/sometimes not. Drive-through line is a bit of a headache, if it backs up it goes out into the road. There are two ordering lines but they never seem to use both at the same time. Today was probably my worse experience. After waiting in line upwards of 15min (during lunch rush) I pull up to the order point and see a sign notifying me that they were out of whoppers, chicken sandwiches, and a handful of other things because of the lack of shipping/order. I don?t know about the rest of people but whoppers and chicken sandwiches are pretty much all BK offers. It would have been nice had an employee been outside letting those in line know or at least had a larger sign so I would not have waited all that time.
