Bad Experience! It had just been operated on, unable to cook and I placed an order at 9:21 pm with information about delivery at 10:03 pm. 22:33, half an hour later I made contact via WhatsApp because they don't answer calls, and asked about the order, I was simply ignored. I only got a response from Vacuum, after saying I would go there in person. Due to the lack of interest in helping me, I managed to cancel the order at 10:55 pm, I received a refund from Pix, but they didn't notify the delivery guy and he showed up at 11:14 pm to deliver the already canceled order. Which was obviously rejected by me. I do not recommend. I don't ask for more, what a regret. I don't know if it's the owner himself or the employees who operate the WhatsApp contact, but whoever it is, needs to learn how to listen better to understand what the customer wants without memorizing ready-made phrases or silence. I felt very disrespected.
