Pizza Hut - Royston

I want to commend the staff for their efforts, but I was disappointed to see a young lady who arrived and ordered after me not only get her order for free but also leave before me. Despite waiting for over 2 hours, I was not offered any compensation. I believe that all of us who waited patiently and politely should have been offered something for our patience, especially considering that we did not cancel our orders or leave with our food without paying. Despite being short-staffed and having to deal with rude customers ahead of me, the staff maintained their professionalism and did their best in a difficult situation.

This restaurant experience was terrible, just like the three previous times. I ordered a pan pizza and received something as flat as a pancake. I asked for mushrooms on half of the pizza, but they "forgot" them. It took nearly two hours to get my incorrect order. This will be the last time I dine here. ??

The pizza was fantastic, but I can't go there too frequently because I would need to buy larger clothes. The server was excellent, and I would give her 7 stars if I could.

The staff was awesome and the pizza was perfect. Hope they get the salad bar back soon!

Dirty table. A topping left off a pizza that only allows 3 measly toppings to begin with!! Didn't even want pizza since I don't even eat crust!! Too much money for only sauce and not all the toppings!! I had to reluctantly choose pizza because the wings I wanted couldn't be made because of the fryer being damaged and therefore couldn't be used to cook them!! They won't bake them, even though another pizza hut makes them that way. If one pizza hut can do it like that, it makes no sense why they couldn't do it that way. I believe that they just don't want to do it because they just prefer not to.
