Dunkin' - Royersford

I recently picked up an order for a Ghub customer at this restaurant and was pleasantly surprised by its fun and friendly atmosphere.

Very rude staff all the time when they put my eyes on me and said my god when we ordered. very rude. coffee was good

I order ahead on the mobile app to avoid waiting but they shut down the inside without making it known til you get there, so I have to wait in the drive through for 10-15 mins to get my coffee. I understand an employee shortage but disable mobile ordering if you can’t support it because there’s no point in ordering ahead if you have to wait longer than usual in a backed up drive through. It’s not worth waiting so I leave and go to Starbucks and lose my $4

Coffee was great! But the customer service was horrible! We've through drive thru and the older gentlemen was very rude to me. When my boyfriend spoke up, he changed his tune. Then we waited at the window while we watched him walking around. Our coffees were already setting at the window. That was about 5 minutes. Then when we gave him the money, he walked around with our change in his hand, while he was opening multiple drawers looking for something?‍ that was another 5 minutes. I'll tell you what though, that was the best cup of coffee I've EVER had from Dunkin's!!!

I used to come to this place frequently because it was convenient being close to my house, but I will not be returning. I have had several bad experiences here and have still given this place a chance, but this is the final straw. Yesterday, I bought breakfast for my daughter and the egg in the pack was undercooked and runny, making her feel sick immediately. She couldn't finish it, so I went back this morning to get a refund. The owner, an older man who is known for being extremely rude and disrespectful, accused me of trying to cheat him out of money when I paid him the exact amount. I pointed out his behavior and decided I will not be coming back. I'll be going to Wawa instead.
