561ceviche - Royal Palm Beach

Food was super salty. When I asked for a redo they brought a cebiche with literally no salt. Instead of working on a happy medium they gave me something unseasoned. Gave this place multiple tries and for a while it was not bad but it is hit or miss. Probably my last time here. No consistency on the taste.

If you are interested to eat authentic Peruvian food. Look no more. The food is simply amazing. Well prepared and presentation is on point. You will come back to 561 Ceviche for more and hopefully more friends or family to enjoy the food experience. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Our server Rosali was amazing. Always attentive if we needed anything. A definite joy to eat here. I highly recommend 561 Ceviche. Parking: Easy to get in and out.
