Tubby's Sub Shop - Royal Oak

This place is under new ownership, and it clearly shows. The food has been great lately and the service has been even better. It looks like the new owner is remodeling and it looks great. The people working here are very friendly, even when it becomes busy. Every order I have placed recently has been made really well. I also love how clean the kitchen and dining area is. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Hands down the best Tubby’s I’ve been too! Not only do they have the best customer service but they also make the sandwiches with love! I will pass the one down the street from me just to come to here because my steak and cheese is always made to perfection!!
