Writing this review is challenging because, despite their hard-working staff, employees are unfortunately trained not to address missing items in orders. This creates a passive-aggressive atmosphere that ultimately leaves customers feeling dissatisfied, as it’s easier for the staff to remain silent rather than confront the issue. I witnessed customers in the so-called "fast order" line expressing frustration over missing items like napkins, which seem to be consistently unavailable, or crayons for children. During my usual half-hour wait, I observed several complaints in the fast line. This is a management problem; other establishments don’t seem to face this issue. Ethics should mean integrity, and it’s clear that there’s a lack of it here.
This place always seems to get my orders wrong. The smoothies are often watery, and I've encountered strange issues, like receiving my bagel without a top!
"I would rate their customer service four stars. It was very busy when I visited, and I preferred to pay with cash instead of my card, which meant I had to wait a bit. I didn’t mind the wait at all; the manager was really nice and sincerely apologized for the inconvenience. To my surprise, he ended up giving me my food for free! I appreciated it so much that I left the young staff member my dinner cost as a tip. I will definitely be returning, and I believe the manager’s name is Lonny; he was fantastic."
This panera is absolutely terrible because the hired do not care about an aspekt of their work. they are made of coffee and many others. eating is made extremely sloppy. twice I ordered a wrap and it was a sloppy, unfolded chaos. the part worst is the personal! I let three people know that there was no coffee and nobody did anything about it. one of them has made a sarcastic commentary that people drink coffee and it goes empty?. Yes, we all know that the people drink coffee that is different that someone should fill it. Thank you for not running like that, or the dinge would come to a complete stop. I contacted companies and informed them, hopefully something will be done. they offered me compensation, but I refused. I just want them to correct the problems.
Went to this location this morning for bagels for my nursing staff this morning. My order was not ready when I got there. The whole entire staff was very unprofessional. My entire experience was horrible, and to make the matters worst I got a text saying that my order was ready and it wasn?t. You have employees rapping in the front and in the back. Telling customers we don?t have cashiers here in a rude way I was very disappointed with my visit today. Today will be my last time coming to this location ever again. They are messing up the Panera brand at this location!
