I then reached out to the Roy location to explain what happened. The manager was apologetic and invited me to come in, promising to help me. He was very nice, but when I arrived, I only received one side. Typically, when a business offers to "take care of you," they mean providing what you originally ordered at no cost. Instead, I was charged and given an 80-cent discount. After driving 15 minutes, I was very disappointed. Honestly, I would rather pay full price at a sushi restaurant where I know I'll receive good service. With 20 years of experience in customer service, I wouldn’t have charged a customer a single penny in this situation. While the food may be good, the customer service leaves much to be desired. I'm truly disappointed and hope the owner can rectify this situation.

One of our favorite spots to visit when we're in the Roy area. The food is consistently amazing; in fact, it's so delicious that we keep returning for more. We're also happy that they have reopened for dine-in service. The staff is always pleasant and friendly.

The food is amazing, the prices are reasonable, and the atmosphere is wonderful!

We've been going here since they opened. The food is ALWAYS yummy!! Especially their Sushi! We love the atmosphere and the sweet family that owns it????
