Star Fish Market - Roxbury

A seafood platter for 28.89 and they give you damn near no food I couldn't believe that I will no longer waste my money for that small portion of food not at all

This place doesn't even deserve a star. I remember going to Star's fishmarket back in the day and you can get a good piece of fish and seafood. Today my mom wanted fish and chips so we decided to try Star's fishmarket and when I receive the haddock plates in the bag I thought it was a joke because the bag was so late I was wondering what was in it ....nothing. When I open the plates haddock was sliced in half or three times and it had the black stuff on the back of the haddock and fries was raw. Omg unbelievable and I'm never going back to STARS ghetto Seafood Market. They deserve a rating of NO STAR and Zero! Yuck!!!

I've noticed that the portions have become smaller, while the prices have increased at this restaurant. Additionally, I had some trouble getting in touch with them over the phone. I tried calling multiple times but didn't receive any response. Eventually, I decided to drive over instead. However, if they had answered the phone, my order would have been ready when I arrived. It was frustrating to see them ignoring the phone calls, which made the situation even more inconvenient.

Big communication problem or lack of customer service. I called and place my order when I arrive they are closed mind you it's 5:45pm and the sign says they close at 6pm then when I call I'm told I took to long to pick up my order which is a lie because I arrived 10 minutes after placing my order

Ordered a trio with extra shrimp instead of fish since I can't eat it. I got a TON of clam strips that were so greasy and 4 shrimp for $19. That's a totally rip off. I won't be returning.
