I keep having issues with my orders being incorrect. One time, I ordered an 8-piece bucket and when I got home, I received only 8 wings. That amount is barely enough for one person, let alone a family. When I raised my concerns, they were unable to help me.

For instance, there are three people handling the drive-thru, one at the front register, and five more preparing orders, while management remains largely inactive in their so-called office. As the shift comes to a close, management suddenly decides to delegate various tasks to employees to expedite closing, leading to confusion and mistakes with orders. This chaos explains both the incorrect food orders and the high turnover rate among staff. Proper training for management could significantly improve both the restaurant's revenue and customer reviews.
