Starbucks - Rowlett

I have no idea! This is the hidden jewel. If all other Starbucks locations are super busy, this is the one I'm going to. It is directly in the entrance to Target and has a great staff.

Both staff members appeared more focused on chatting with their friends than on processing orders efficiently. It was quite unpleasant to witness someone sneezing (whether it was involuntary or not) without a face mask onto the prep table.

The barista who served me was fantastic and very attentive; I believe her name was Cathy. She made me feel very welcome, and I hope to see her again on my future visits to Starbucks!

Why would you switch to paper straws? I can't even stir my whipped cream into my drink without the straw getting soggy and flimsy. Please bring back the green straws!
