Starbucks - Rowlett

There was no one in line, i ordered a whote mocha, when I got halfway through my large drink while I shipped. We decided to merge my left over white my husband's drip coffee, when doing so, we discovered a nasty loogy? I'm disgusted... what did I do to get this besides ordering a beverage when she was chilling on her phone. Regrets.

The worker there today was really sweet but i'm leaving this review bc after spending $8 on one cup of coffee, you'd expect it to be good. I asked for my latte to be less sweet and instead it was sweeter than ever. I asked for a remake and this time, you could tell by the color that there was not nearly as much espresso as it should be. the cup was almost just white looking. then i asked to just get a vanilla sweet cream cold brew instead and it was bitter as can be. no taste of vanilla. again, the customer was kind and willing to remake my drinks but i wasn't gonna bother with a fourth attempt. I just think the worker needs more training

Barista was great! Friendly, efficient, made my Peppermint Mocha to perfection! And she made my quick order before the time consuming multi order before me so I didn’t have to wait an extra 20 minutes for a coffee! ?

This might be one of the worst Starbucks in the area, they are always out of everything, they take forever to get you your lukewarm coffee and if you go after 5 pm that crew working has lost any customer service skill and ability.

I have been going to this location for over 4 yrs. I order the same thing at least 4 days/wk. The service here has gotten worse since Covid. I will not go to location ever again on the weekend. I will only go when the regular crew is there. They know how to treat their customers. They have hired a lot of young white females that act like they don't want to be there. I went in this location this morning to order my usual...a venti blonde roast with heavy cream steamed and 6 butters on the side. I stood in line over 14 minutes waiting on a cup of coffee. Two people walked to the counter after me and got their order before I got mine. I left the establishment without my coffee but your guys still have my money. Let me add that the drive thru was wrapped as well. These younger people at this location are extremely slow...do better.
