Jack In The Box - Rowlett

The food was excellent, but the drive-thru tends to be a bit slow. However, it's not a major issue.

The service was very unprofessional. I requested a lettuce-wrapped burger, and the person at the register said they would put the lettuce on the side. I clarified that I wanted the burger wrapped in lettuce. He then stated that they don't do that here! I replied that I've received this option at other Jack In The Box locations. To which he responded, "Other places might do it, but we don't do that here!"

I had a nice experience at the restaurant, arriving after the lunch rush around 3-4 PM. There was no wait at the drive-thru, and the staff were all pleasant and happy. They even included extra condiments, which was a nice touch. My only concern was that I wished my cheese had been melted. However, I did enjoy the hot food overall. Great job!

845pm on a Saturday- All the lights are off. No one answers the phone. I don't see anyone inside. Hours online need to be updated. More often than not, i find them closed way earlier than posted hours and they cone off the drive thru. Is this location closing for good?? I went to the Rockwall location instead and they were still open and busy.

I ordered online to make it easier because we had a larger order. They didn 't give me all my food and the guy in the drive thru was rude. The lobby was closed due to being shortstaffed .
