The customer service was excellent. However, the ice cream didn't have as much flavor as I anticipated, and I've had better options at other ice cream parlors. I would rate the staff an A and the product a C, so overall, I'm giving it a B-.

Terrible service and a poor attitude. I visited the store today to buy ice cream for my kids. The young staff appeared very fatigued and skipped over me, even though I was second in line (the first customer had already been served). When I pointed out that I was next, she just ignored me. I'm not sure how this store expects to stay in business; if they continue providing such bad service, I doubt they'll last long.
