One bite, and everyone knows the rules! We were in the area for just a week and ended up ordering pizza from here twice. It was absolutely delicious!
The next day, we went back to the restaurant as soon as it opened and attempted to call several times, but still got no response. The pizza was so hard that it cracked when we tried to fold it, and it had absolutely no sauce. We’ve eaten here many times before and enjoyed it, but this lack of communication and failure to fix the issue is frustrating. It feels like we wasted our money on something we couldn’t even eat—the pizza ended up in the trash, which is such a shame. I’ve seen how the restaurant responds to reviews, so I hope they consider giving us another chance. All we wanted was a simple call back after providing our contact information and visiting the restaurant the very next day as promised. Additionally, I came across a similar review from a month ago where someone had a bad experience with inedible food, but Jason didn't return their call either and claimed that no complaints were recalled. We’ve tried reaching out multiple times since then, but he never seems to be available. At this point, I’m not sure I can bring myself to return.
The wings, pizza, sandwich, and appetizers are all fresh, tasty, and served with a smile ? but above all, this is the best pizza I've ever had! ? Kid-friendliness: Family friendly with darts, pool, pin ball machines and a juke box ?
We come by all the time. Every time we see the day bartender, Joel, he’s sparatic and unprofessional. It’s never effected my fiancé or I until tonight. We came to get food. He notified us that it was shift change and pretty much told us that we need to cash out with him. I’m an experience server and know that that’s not how you approach shift change. It’s fine though. I told Joel to give us a moment and we’d cash out. I review the itemized receipt, and realize that I got charged $1 for taking the mushrooms off of my pizza. Before paying I call Joel over to ask why I was charged for removing a product. Instead of saying “sorry we charge for modifications”, or something of that nature, Joel pulled out his wallet and threw a dollar at me saying the kitchen is too busy for modifications. There were 8 people in the establishment at the time. I’ve worked In restaurants pretty much my whole life, and I am the GM of a restaurant right down the street. If i knew that one of my employees treated a guest like that they wouldn’t be in the next day. From experience, I know that finding help is hard right now, but you can’t have this blatant disrespect of your guests happen. Shoot I’m even willing to help you out with day bar with my 60 hour week to help your business. This Joel isn’t it.
