She said he's a customer........so i left, NEVER AGAIN. I won't spend money here . Even if the company got in touch and offered free i will decline because i don't want free, i want regular, decent service not these people that don't want to work and be rude to customers just because they want to go home. Now on to Yelp.
Ordered a medium-phile cheese steak pizza for 17 dollars. I asked for the steak for chicken and when I came home, it was a pure pizza with Hardley chicken or cheese on it. Never back. Rip off!!!!
I wouldn't know how the pizza is because I never get my pizza when I order it. I guess they're short drivers because Doordash has to deliver the orders. Both times I have ordered the driver to drop it at the desired location, but it is not my door and they never communicate with me during delivery. Instead, they take a picture of it on a bank and then steal the pizza for themselves. (Don't expect your meal when Shelby D. is your delivery driver) The PJ app does not allow enough characters to give correct instructions for delivery and the drivers do not receive the instructions from the PJ app. I called the store to let her know that I never got my pizza and during the first Vermishap, the manager was snippy with me and claimed they called me twice, but there was only a short ring and they hung up. For the second time, the one who picked up simply gave me a refund and did not try to take responsibility for the problem. This reflects badly on the company and makes me less likely to always order PJ as they can not even get the right drivers and customer service properly.
I ordered an Epic pepperoni stuffed crust pizza as a walk in carry out. I brought the pizza home where my family and I started to eat it and realized there was no pepperoni in the crust. I called the store to inform them of the mistake and the manager told me I ordered the wrong pizza. She claimed the Epic stuffed crust pepperoni does not have pepperoni in the crust. Even though this is what it’s called on the current promotion on the website. She told me to drive back to the store and return the half eaten pizza and then they would make me a new one. I told her that would be a major inconvenience and I asked her for a credit towards a new pizza on my next visit. She said sure, but gave no info on how to redeem said credit. When I asked her how I would do so she said just explain the situation all over again next time I come in. I explained how difficult that may be on a new order with a new person when she doesn’t even have my name. She then hung up on me. Poor manager that doesn’t even know her own menu and poor customer service.
Ordered my pizza at 5:50 PM. The pizza didn’t arrive until after 7 PM, and it was cold. To top it off, the delivery driver didn’t even bother to knock on the door and let me know the pizza had arrived. This is the worst Papa John’s in the area. Skip it.
