It was actually the customer's fault for not arriving on time—Dunkin' Donuts' app even advises you to show up promptly to enjoy your drink. Thanks to him, I walked out with not just my drink but also a huge smile on my face! Hats off to this guy! The service was excellent, the place was clean, and they genuinely care about customer satisfaction. I’d give it TEN STARS if I could!
I have to disagree with the negative reviews about this Dunkin’ Donuts location. My experience has been that the service is quick and the orders are always accurate. The staff is very friendly, and the food is consistently warm and delicious! To all the critics out there writing bad reviews, remember that you only need to drive up to the window and place your order! This place is busy almost all the time, so your food and drinks aren’t just sitting there waiting for you. Each of your specialty coffees has a unique recipe, and they’re always made fresh for you! If you can’t stand the wait, just order a regular cup of coffee like in the old days or brew your own at home. These employees work incredibly hard, and their efforts deserve recognition!
I've attempted to place orders from this location multiple times over the past few months, and each time my orders have been canceled due to the store accidentally closing. When I do manage to receive something, it's always incorrect. I really wish there were another Dunkin' in the area, as it feels like the staff doesn't care about customer service anymore.
They're constantly out of stock on items. You have to ask for multiple things before you find one they actually have. When you place an order, you often won’t receive what you requested. Just yesterday, after they informed me they were out of everything I wanted, the cashier suggested a different item, and I went with it. However, she didn't clarify what it was! In the end, they charged me for an item that wasn't what I actually wanted, and I didn’t even receive it. It seems like they're truly out of everything, including the items you've paid for.
I really enjoyed my donuts! There's nothing quite like a Dunkin' yeast donut. When I walked in, I didn’t see any staff at first, but someone eventually came out to greet me. After she handed me my donuts and I made my payment, she went to the back while my receipt was printing. I waited a moment, and when she returned, she seemed a bit surprised that I was still there and asked if I wanted my receipt. I can't help but wonder what was so captivating in the back that she couldn't wait for the receipt to finish printing. Shaking my head!
