Cajun Crabs Shrimp #2, Round Rock

Didn't take long to get seated or to order. We had tea, which was watered down and had little ice. Ordered crab cakes, they were over done, tasted ok, but I think they were frozen, prepackaged stuff. We had fried shrip-catfish basket. Shrimp were big, catfish was great. Not sure again if the shrimp was fresh and fixed in house. Other was jambalaya, rice, sauage, shrimp good, diced up chicken was dry. A lot of bell peppers and onions in the dish.Overall taste was just so-so. If I had a redo, I'd probably have ordered the pound of boiled shrimp instead.Took forever to get the bill and pay.

Awful customer service. Went on DoorDash to order a lb of crawfish and gumbo, didn’t see the items on their DoorDash menu so I called the store to see if they’d removed them or if it was a different menu for lunch hours. Whoever answered the phone went back and forth with me about whether it was on their DoorDash menu or not. “It’s there” no it’s not “it is there” no ma’am I recommend looking at it from your phone “it should be there” well it’s not (10 seconds of silence) could I please talk to a manager? “He doesn’t come in till 4” I had to contact DoorDash and find out through them that this was just the lunch menu! I’m not sure if this person was new, but there were better ways of handling this.

My 1st time was amazing with family, but when I came alone my seafood was like mush, like its been cooked too long. Disappointing for the money spent. Customer service was just ok.

Building and decorating is right on. Service was okay. Shrimp were over done and rubbery, and the coleslaw tasted like I was eating sugar.
