Arby's - Round Rock

The sandwich was Good. But the French fries weren't. They were cold and not cooked long enough.

With no one waiting to give their order, it took over 30 minutes to get my order. The person that was waiting at the window when I arrived finally received his food. Bhe told me he was waiting over 30 minutes. V there was no one eating in the restaurant. My order was simple. One roast beef sandwich and fries. When I arrived home, I found that I was given a small order of fries instead of the large fries I ordered!

Let me first say that I absolutely love Arby's. I've been eating at Arby's locations for most of my life starting with the old Burnet Road location and I'm 60 years old now. I swore I would not come back to the AW Grimes location about a year ago after I received horrible service on multiple occasions. I spoke to a manager who assured me that things would get better, they have absolutely not gotten better. I won't go into all the gory details. However, I spent 20 minutes in the drive-through line to get two classic Arby's sandwiches and a medium crinkle fry. The person who finally took my order at the window, even read it back to me correctly. What I ended up getting were two cold Arby's classic sandwiches and a half of container of curly fries. No napkins in the bag. No Arby sauce in the bag. no thank you I'm done with this place. By the way to post because I still like Arby's just not this location.

Slow service at the drive through, which might be because they are understaffed (seemed that way). Our order was missing curly fries, we drove back into the drive through and explained what we were missing, and they took care of it.Arby’s has no veg options except for curly fries, jalapeño poppers and mozarella sticks. Curly fries were actually nice, everything else was OK.Wanted to try the fried snacks here anyway, so it’s off the fast food list now.

Nice enough, but slow as all get out. Also, errors wrong drink, forgot a sandwich. It was fixed with another 20+ minute wait in the drive thru, but it's not worth coming here if you're on a time crunch. And check your bag and drinks!
