The Red Hut Café - Round Hill Village

Ortega Chile Burger lacked heat expected in a green Chile Burger, Egg Salad sandwich could have more egg salad, Red Hut salad was good, fries were delicious, sodas came in old fashioned glasses.

I love the location of this restaurant. Small building but good tasting food.

Got there and were seated within 20 minutes. there were people who had gotten there after us and were being offered drinks, we waited to see if they would come and ask us for ours but 20 minutes went by and and now the waitress were taking orders and we were still not even offered drinks. We were being completely ignored. Just to add we were the only Mexicans at this place, so we did feel like there was discrimination.

So glad we checked The Red Hut out!! Not sure why they have some neg reviews. One of our best meals we ate all week!!!! Great service. Good prices. We sat down right away, approx 930am. Our food came out quick. Best french toast I've had in a long time. My husband loved his meal, I will include a picture. I had hashbrowns, lots of bacon, real cheddar cheese and egg.

We went there, didn't stay long because it was very busy, despite being a Tuesday. Waited 15 minutes and didn't get our drinks or our orders taken. But the waitress was really nice and the food looked good from other tables
