The staff was young and very friendly. I asked for there best dish they gave me a spicy beef soup. It was good and spicy however on a very hot day I would have preferred something colder.
The meal is so great that is it the best Chinese cuisine I have ever had in France, even Europe! Highly recommend!

My local friend in rouen recommend me this restaurant. I have eaten something at the hotel because I was too hungry but when I eat in this restaurant, I can't stop to eat two plats and one bowl of rice!
