Aux 3 Bonheurs - Rouen

We were in France for 2 weeks and it was a pleasure to come across this Chinese restaurant in the centre of Rouen. The food is tasteful, the service attentive and the value good. Recommended.

I bumped into this small Chinese restaurant right in Rouen centre near the Old Market, and what a surprise. The food is very tasty and service of this family restaurant is intimate. Had a good meal, a surprise to this Chinese gourmet, in a small town such as Rouen. Probably the best Chinese restaurant in this part of Haut Normandie. Inexpensive too.

Nice place, small and familiar, uncrowded but in the center. The food is great, well balanced but a ambience is a little absent.

I ate at this restaurant last week and really enjoyed it! I have lived in Rouen for almost 3 years and jsut found this place after someone recommened it to me. Yes, the decor is a bit old school Chinese but it was clean and the staff were very nice. I had egg roll to start with then sweet and sour pork with fried rice. I thoroughly enjoyed it and will return again soon especially because their lunch specials are very reasonably priced!

In a day trip from Paris to Rouen, on signs of Gault Milleau and TripAdvisor recommendation, I bumped into this small restaurant on the edge of the Old Market and enjoyed a very good authentic Chinese dinner much to my surprise. Given the quality of cooking plus not least the reasonable price, this is 5 star eating particularly in this small city. Cannot more strongly recommend dishes such as "Coquilles St. Jacques sautés aux ciboules et gimgembres (scallops in leek and ginger sauce), and this is only at 13 Euros. Agneau a la Pekinoise (Lamb Peking style) is also good for a mere 10.50 Euros. Really surprised to find some real Chinese food in this small town. Service is good too, apparently family owned. Unfortunately I stay only one day and can return only in future.
