Very loud music, sat in the terrace while music was playing inside and had a hard time understanding each other. Almost had to shout. Also the staff didn't stop by very often to take drink orders, even if we tried to pull them they didn't pay much attention to you.
Very nice meals and drinks. the waitresses are very friendly and helpful. the atmosphere is great.

Great Café/Bar ! The ribs I ate were pretty good, and the environment is really nice! But I really need to mention this one guy, DANIEL, that was serving us and helped a lot! Amazing person with a big a warm smile! For me, the soul of cafe Plein! Next time I go to Rotterdam, it's going to be a must go !
