Yaki Yaki - Rotorua

Last night, a group of three of us tried the $27 BBQ deal at this restaurant. The staff were friendly and provided clear instructions, and they were very attentive in replenishing our meat, rice bowls, and changing the baking sheet. The food was delicious and fresh, especially the meat. While the ambiance was simple, we went for the food and it was clean and pleasant. Overall, it was a fantastic Korean BBQ experience and definitely worth the price. A must-try!

This is our favorite spot to visit when in Rotorua. It was still busy at 8pm on a Saturday night. I believe the meat is better here than at many Korean BBQ restaurants in Auckland.

I hadn't spent much time in Rotorua before, but I was in the mood for Korean BBQ. I discovered Yaki Yaki and was pleasantly surprised. They offer all-you-can-eat BBQ, friendly staff, and self-service condiments. It was a delightful experience.

Holidaying in Rotorua, decided to head out for dinner at this restaurant. Greeted by the owner upon arrival, order taken less than 5mins after we sat down. Pretty good service, food was good with free refills except for a selective few however soup was disappointing as its basically miso soup with added tofu and spring onions, overall, experience is good. More than adequate space to dine in although some tables are too close for comfort.

Great food for a good price!<br/ <br/ We have just moved to Rotorua and decided to take our family out for dinner as a 'thank you ' for helping us move. We decided Yaki Yaki on a suggestion from a cousin and absolutely loved it.<br/ <br/ Food: <br/ Service: <br/ Ambiance: <br/ Price: <br/ Overall: <br/ <br/ The meat is marinated beautifully and we all found ourselves going up multiple times for our favourite side dishes. Ultimately the service was a little disappointing, we found ourselves waiting for almost 10 minutes on refills (that didn 't even require cooking) and the night we went it wasn 't particularly busy at all. However, the novelty of cooking your own food at your table is always enjoyable and, despite the language barrier, the manager was very friendly and did his best to accommodate us.<br/ <br/ We will definitely be back again and would recommend to anyone looking for something very different but undeniably delicious.
