So disappointed. Have ordered from here many, many times and always had great food but not tonight. Don’t know if management has changed or what else might be going on but paid 50 for what should have been enough to feed four and received rubbish. Burnt fries, a 12p burger (but cost me and an unwelcome addition of someone else’s till receipt in our food. DO NOT USE, at least until they bring back the folks who know what they’re doing.
This is the worst takeaway in Rotherham. The last two times I ordered the exact same meal, it came out different, thrown together, and poorly made. The staff answering the phone don't even know the difference between beef and lamb, or a pita bread and a naan bread. The customer service is terrible, with rude and hostile staff who laugh about serving subpar food. They refused to give me a refund, and it's clear they take joy in providing poor service. The quality has declined in the last five years, and I will never order from here again. The girl working at the counter really needs to work on her customer service skills.
