Przekaż informację zwrotnąToday I visited Costa Coffee in Parkgate with my carer and friend. While they were able to easily get their drinks, I wanted a hot chocolate without milk due to my allergy. However, the staff adamantly refused to even consider making a black hot chocolate, citing concerns about the powder clumping. They were unresponsive to my suggestions on how it could be done using hot water from the tea pot dispenser. Additionally, my carer's cappuccino was disappointingly lukewarm. I believe a global company like Costa should be able to accommodate customers with allergies by offering black or milk-free hot chocolate. The staff could benefit from being more accommodating and the coffee quality could definitely be improved.
The staff at this restaurant are very friendly, however the seating area is extremely dirty. The floor is covered in food and 80% of the chairs are stained. We observed three different people enter the restaurant and immediately show their displeasure at the condition of the place. This is not a location we frequent often in the shopping centre, but compared to Costa, this is the worst experience we have had.
We were pleased with the cheerful service from the person with colorful hair, and appreciated their constant smile.
I'm giving this restaurant four stars for its prices. The coffee consistently tastes the same and I'm happy that I no longer have to buy over 80 to get a free one.
My husband, 8-year-old child, and I always stop at a Costa while out shopping and usually enjoy it. However, last night was a different story. We visited the Costa in Rotherham on the retail park and were very disappointed with the service. We ordered three drinks and were never asked what size we wanted, so we were just given smalls. I ordered a hot chocolate but wasn't offered any cream. The staff were either on their phones or extremely rude. To top it off, I was told that if I scanned my app, I would get a free drink on my next visit. However, there was no free drink showing on my app, so I don't even think she scanned it correctly. We will not be returning to this Costa.
